By taking vegetables in our food, we get energy required for the body. Calcium, Phosphorous and iron are available more in most of the vegetables. The uses of some of the vegetables are given below:

If you eat Zucchini, it removes tiredness of the body. Further it reduces fat in the stomach.
If you add potato in your food, it prevents constipation.
If you add banana stem in your food often, it prevents formation of kidney stones.
Banana Flower prevents constipation.
If you add Banana in your food, it cures Anemia.
If you add Capsicum in the food, it cures indigestion.
If you add Chow- Chow, it strengthens bones and teeth.
The nutrients in the Ladies Finger, it increases the brain power.
