PEARL MILLET- FENUGREEK LEAVE CHAPPATI:
Pearl millet flour-100 gm; wheat flour- 100gm; chopped fenugreek leave- 1 cup; cumin seeds, curd and chili powder and aniseeds- a little; salt, water, oil and butter- as required;
Mix peal millet flour, wheat flour, cumin seeds, Ani seed,s salt, chili powder, curd and chopped fenugreek leaves . Adding required measure of water kneed and allows it to soak for 1 hour. Then roll it as chappatis and cook it in the dosa tawa . After it is cooked, apply butter on it. Tasty ‘pearl millet- fenugreek bchappati ’ is ready. All like it to eat.
